Sports Interview Project

The Marshall County Historical Society has long recognized the need to preserve high school sports artifacts and to record the compelling stories that weave together our collective athletic history. Preserving that part of our shared history is important work, and no other entity in Marshall County (Indiana) has taken it on. Because we know, given a chance, the past has the power to inspire the future, we have launched an initiative to share the sports-related history that has formed our county and its unique communities. This is why in 2019, we created the Sports Interview Project to record these sports stories. We have chronicled the collected wisdom of current and former coaches, players, athletic directors, and other sports enthusiasts through professionally filmed interviews to share with you here.
